3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination

- Make backups for data protection purposes
This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.

You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content
- The accuracy and legality of Your Content
- Backing up Your Content independently
- Compliance with third-party terms (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive)
7. AI-Powered Features
7.1 AI Limitations
Our AI features are provided "as is" and may:
- Generate inaccurate or incomplete responses
- Misinterpret document content
- Fail to capture nuance or context

7.2 Third-Party AI Services
We use OpenAI to power our AI features. Your content may be processed by OpenAI's systems subject to their terms and privacy policies. OpenAI does not use your data for training their models.
8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Synqro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNQRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

- Your use of the Service
- Your Content
